Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't mind spending a couple of hours of my life doing online tests before qualifying for the first HR interview. But after that very standard interview you enter a "Profile Matching" phase where they supposedly look for a position that matches your skills and expectations before sending you an offer. While in that phase, you get absolutely no feedback or updates from the recruiters, you are just left waiting indefinitely. For a company that claims to understand the complex needs of modern recruiting, they seem to be completely clueless about the fact that when looking for a job, time is usually a factor. They can take months to contact you for a second time after that first interview, and that is usually too late.

It is a screening process to evaluate about skills and experience and expectations and interview process. Here we will have a healthy conversation with candidate and HR. They will explain all the interview process and company benefits and work culture and their experience.
