First It was an introduction process about BairesDev company. After that there was a clarification about my personal data, check resume and check my main skill. After this short clarification there were a couple a question in english to check my english level. After this phase the interviewer explains very detailed company's benefits and the complete process to get the job. He explained that the process can take about 3 or 4 weeks. At the of interview he explained to me there would be another interview with some PM before the final contract will be send to me. Finally, he told me that from now on all communication process will be in English.
