First of all, I have no clue if I will receive an offer and unsure if I want one.
As everyone else mentions here, there are skill-matching questions they will send you to complete. I can imagine SOME of these are relevant to SOME jobs but, 95% are totally and completely irrelevant to a sales or account management position. They ask everyone the same questions and, as someone who has been both interviewer and interviewee, these quizzes are a complete waste of time, BairesDev clients are likely missing out on highly skilled workers. Even their English quiz is sub-par.
Also...total lack of consideration for those who have applied. I emailed for a follow up on any next steps and where I am at in their grand scheme of hiring, they could not be bothered to respond. I found these very insulting and unprofessional after I wasted over half a day answering their quizzes. Shame on you BairesDev.

Many questions on number sequences, math problems, and situational problems that would require direct knowledge of BairesDev operations and process.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening call that was well-structured and efficient. Beatriz was incredibly personable and easy to speak with, which made the conversation feel natural and engaging. The discussion covered my background, experience, and alignment with the role, and I appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. She also followed up promptly with an email noting she would be in touch regarding potential next steps, which reinforced a positive candidate experience.

first interview with a recruiter - no behavioral questions, strictly logistics. interviewer went through the process asked about travel and resume, then went to the compensation package as well the interview process.
