Entretien
They shortlist candidates for an interview by means of an online test similar to CAT or GMAT. The tests are lengthy and conducted over 3-4 rounds. So expect to spend about 6 hours for the online test itself.
Not only are there MCQs but also essay type answers that assess PM / BA skills.
If shortlisted, it boosts your morale, the HR calls up and schedules an interview and asks to fill a pre screening form.
Surprisingly, the HR quizzes you with similar questions as found in the online tests. Some additional intelligent behavioral questions are also asked.
For me that was the end. After the HR round, I was emailed that someone else fared better than me. I appreciate this honest gesture.

Eles basicamente usam de testes de reciocínio lógico super complexos, pois, aparentemente, contratam apenas aqueles com QI elevado que representam 1% da populacão. Testes basicamente que, de fato, 99% da populacao só consegue fazer com IA. Mais facil passar em um curso de medicina, nenhuma habilidade social me parece ser considerada, já já eles vão substituir todo mundo por IA
As a candidate, I found the selection process for the Business Analyst role to be generally professional. The process is comfortable and fluid, they are very clear about what's next in the process and what to expect

Clear and objective process. There was an explanation about the company, questions about professional background, application of a test with behavioral and analytical questions and an explanation of the next steps in the process.
