The process started with the normal screening test: a set of multiple-choice tests in a web platform, normal in all companies. But with BairesDev, the tests didn't make sense. I answered tests related to front-end, back-end, management, things specific to programming languages, generic... There were a lot of them, without much correlation with the position and also they were bad, really really bad. Questions that didn't make any sense such as how many programming languages exist (????), best asian country to open a call-center (????) and other random questions. In the end, passed the screening, had some simples technical interview and got the offer where they tried to low ball the value and increased it in the end. I ended up not accepting it because if the interview is like this, then image the company... After a while, for more than 12 months I received random emails from other recruiters from the company, which seemed to not know I had already been interviewed, tested and proposed something... they always acted as it was the first time. Received around 4-5 new approaches in 12m after refusing the proposal, including phone calls. Anyway, might be a good option to work to a company abroad for people outside USA/Europe to gain money, but does not seem organized or a good option for career growth.
