      Overall, I am very disappointed with the entire process. I applied to an open position at the beginning of June and was first asked to complete about 4 hours of online tests. About half of those were related to English skills, at least for the original role I had applied for. Once I had completed the tests, I had a call with a headhunter, after which I was told I would be a better fit for them as a Project Manager role. After I accepted to move forward with the process for their recommended role, I had a 30-min call with a peer project manager and was told to expect 3-4 more interviews if I continued in the process. After that, I had 30-min calls with the hiring manager, the director, and then head of the unit I would be a part of. During the process, I was told that they didn't necessarily hire for a specific role being in need and didn't have problem hiring for bench. However, that they did have a need to increase the team 10+ people by the end of the year (25%+ of the existing team). But when I was finally rejected at the end of August (2.5 months after I had originally applied) I was told that they had selected "another person" in the process. Considering their need and that they kept me so far along the process, only tells me that they either misled me about the actual available role(s) and/or their assessments during their interviews is inconsistent at best. Having experience in recruiting myself I do not think their method is as effective as they think it is - the company tells everyone that they hire the top 1% (and this is certainly used as the basis for client sales), but I feel that their overall process is flawed. I do not have a problem with a long process for a very specialized/specific role or a C-level position, but if I wasn't a good fit they should've told me so sooner. While negative feedback is not different than what I've seen from other people (and their employees acknowledge that their recruiting rating is low but attribute this to their "difficult to hire, top 1% process"), I did actually go all the way to the end of the rainbow, just to realize that there was no pot of gold.

      I was contacted by text message and they scheduled a job interview. The Tech recruiter was excellent during the interview, gave me all informations about the opportunity and let me very confortable. He informed I will receive the test by e-mail for next steps.

      Entrevista muy impersonal, no hay feedback de ningún tipo, no responden correos. Es horario de EEUU, que puede ser complejo según donde se viva. Dan una lista de pruebas a hacer que no tienen que ver con el puesto de trabajo al que se postula-
