The recruiter themselves was excellent: knowledgeable about the role and the company, well-prepared, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. They clearly explained the position, shared helpful context about the team and next steps, and made the conversation feel natural and engaging rather than interrogative. I left the call feeling informed and more interested in the opportunity with a strong positive first impression.

Entretien
This screening round was an initial introduction provided by a BairesDev Talent Acquisition Specialist. She described the role, expectations, and asked questions about my background in sales account management. She asked that I complete a Predictive Index questionnaire and that BairesDev typically has 3 interview rounds before making an offer. She also described the BairesDev onboarding process, tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, and home grown tools).
