A founder invited me to an interview, which I thought was odd, even for a senior-level position. When I joined the call, it was just an HR screener, and the founder had a conflict. There were 15 minutes of scripted questions related to the position, followed by 8 math and critical thinking questions. Following the interview, I was invited to proceed with taking a series of 4 tests, which took about 2 hours.
