Captain and Crew Officer interviewing. Personal questions as well as few theory questions. Not hard if candidate has any basic knowledge. I recommend studying navigation, colregs. English and behaviour are important of course.

Entretien
Proceso largo, pero efectivo. La entrevista fue en remoto con un superintendete. El entrevistador fue muy amable y gentil. No duró más de 45min, fue en remoto. Realice 3 pruebas. Dos ces y una marlins
