The interview was not too bad. The interview was a group of 4 people and they all jumped in to ask questions, it was not really prepared. The questions they asked were more conventional and less technical. They said they would call whether I got the job or not and they never did call.

Two in person interviews with three people about 15 minutes long nothing out of the ordinary. Typical questions; strengths, weaknesses, do you work well in a team, why Bacterin, when can you start etc. I felt overdressed in a suit, everyone else was in t-shirts and jeans. Took a tour of the rooms after interview. Everyone was pleasant and both interviews and an offer came through within 3 weeks of sending off an application.
