I applied on line for the role and quickly recived a response setting up a telephone interview with a non-technical recruiter. This was a very breif, first stage interview with no real talk about the technical side of the job apart from ticking off of required skills and talking about the team structres. It went seemingly well however they picked a more experiance candidate.
