Entretien
Zunächst wurde ich auf ein informelles Vorgespräch in der Kantine bei Babbel eingeladen. Später folgte dann die Einladung zum Interview mit Coding Challenge. Die Interviews wurden von Technikern geführt (Engineering Manager und Senior Software Engineer) und gaben schon einen Vorausblick auf die Stelle und die Arbeitsumgebung.

Entretien
First call was with the Recruiter who assessed general fit and also gave a good overview of the business and explained the next steps.
The process was quick and smooth, there was a number of teams present which gave myself a good flavour of the positions across the business. Tech skills and business skills were assessed and it was intense but fair.
The process took a week in total and I was kept updated throughout

Entretien
I read a lot of reviews where people were saying that Babbel are not really interested in hiring and only pretending. This is truth. I know at least 4 people who is a great developers and were rejected without any reason. And people inside company told me that they didn't see any new people for a long time. So everyone not fit requirement? I don't think so. Don't spend your time.
On other hand, interviewing process was pleasant and interesting.
