Have a phone with recruiter, they asked me easy questions and gave me a coding challenge. It didn't take long time, 90 mins, it looked really practical one, you don't need to prepare it, just do your best. ( I couldn't complete whole questions, but I passed) then technical/personal interview and giving coding sample. I felt process was nice, what they asked was really make sense, I just didn't fit what they want to. I can recommend them in my point of view with what i saw in the recruitment process.
