I applied online and they got back to me rather quickly with a short phone interview, followed by an online personality questionaire and an IQ test. After which it was a panel interview with finance department heads and the HR manager a few weeks later. The panel interview took about an hour and i was asked questions with varying levels of difficulty. I was also asked to redo the IQ test prior to the interview.
