Telephone Interview for 15mins to gauge if a good fit, then physical interview with manager in office, consisted of call listening then presentation on a new topic that adds value to the company and face to face interview. last 1hr, got an offer on the spot.
Smooth first interview, typical HR questions. Questions were related to my background and previous job, mostly. Some language assessment as well. They also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenges, while maintaining a friendly tone that made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging throughout the interview process overall.

Joke of a place. Management is seriously lacking empathy and communication skills. Very poor display overall. You’re only a number to these type of companies. Not acceptable in 2026. In Prison you’re treated better
