Firstly, there was a telephone interview by the recruiter company, then I had to complete a numerical reasoning test. After that I had a telephone interview with BT's HR Manager. At the end of the process I participated in an Assessment Center, where I had tasks like presentation, SWOT-analysis, group task and face-to-face interview.

Entretien
Very long digital process, which was overall a positive experience. In the last round I was invited to the Assessment Center in Amsterdam where all the candidates were assessed the whole day. All candidates put a lot of effort in preparing for this day and during the day itself. Therefore, I found it disappointing and unprofessional to eventually receive the final decision by e-mail. They could have easily called the (only 10) candidates. When I gave them this feedback, they explained they did it via email as they wanted to give feedback to all the candidates on the same day; something they could not have managed if they had called everyone due to a lack of time. However, I was in contact with other candidates who said they had been called (!) for the final decision days later.
