I applied for a temporary position for BT and was invited for a one-stage interview consisting of generic competency-based questions. The questions asked by the interviewer were based on sharing personal career experiences, working with different departments, managing projects, and other marketing-specific knowledge. However, when waiting for feedback not only did I have to email twice requesting feedback (which I have not received to this date) I was informed that they had already provided an offer to somebody else. It would have been nice to have had feedback before the decision was reached. BT do better!
