2 remote interviews held over 1 month apart with peers who were on the same team. Very cordial sessions with a mix of questions about past experience and how I would deal with a hypothetical situations in the new role. I did the first interview in early September then chased for feedback for close to a month before I was told I would do a second interview. After the second interview I chased for feedback from HR for close to a month. On the second chasing email I received a reply from HR saying that the job had been offered to someone else. I asked for feedback on my interviews and the HR person said they would try to get some. I didn't hear anything back. A shambles of a process from what should be a better run company like BT. This was a mid senior level role with a salary of over £100K.
