Telephone interview, followed by 2 further face to face interviews. Interviewers were friendly but they took a while to let you know they didn't want to hire you. In one case they didn't even reply back.

Entretien
Telephone interview with director then face to face giving pre-prepared presentation and another follow up interview with another colleague. Easy going interviews but thinking on your feet needed plus able to justify your past.
