The first round was online test that includes reasoning , aptitude test and English grammar then the second round was extempo in which I was said to talk about 2 to 3 minutes on the given topic after that was ops round.

The interview process was good and difficulty was average. I got to apply through my institute. The first step was online aptitude test and next was direct interview which was conducted on Microsoft teams platform

Hiring process was divided into 3 parts;
1. Online AM-CAT test round (english vocabulary and logical reasoning)
2. Online Svar round test (automated english listening and speaking test in uk accents.
3. HR round ( one on one telephonic interview with hr)
Why do you want to shift from sales & marketing domain to customer service? (as I'm BBA students having marketing domain and done few internships in sales & marketing)
