There were 3 rounds. First round was HR, second was MCQ test, typing test and final round was Operations round. It was a positive experience as the HR was helpful. The interview process took the whole day but I got the results on the same day.

Smooth first interview, typical HR questions. Questions were related to my background and previous job, mostly. Some language assessment as well. They also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and how I handle challenges, while maintaining a friendly tone that made the conversation feel comfortable and engaging throughout the interview process overall.
