A few days or maybe a couple of weeks after you submit your application, when they've reviewed it, you'll get a call asking to arrange a phone interview - This is the initial part of the interview process, and they use this to narrow down who they're going to invite to their office for an interview. They gauge your communication skills and ask some questions which don't really have a right or wrong answer. If you're successful, you'll be told almost immediately, and asked to attend their office for an interview. The interview takes the form of an assessment centre style interview, where they assess your ability over a period of a few hours by giving you multiple tasks/challenges. It's fairly laid back and enjoyable. If you're going for a sales/service role in their call centre, they'll do a mock call with you, and a one-to-one interview, but you'll also do some collaborative work, and talk a bit about your interests. You'll also likely be given a task where you need to demonstrate empathy with the customer, and take ownership of the situation to achieve an acceptable outcome for the customer.
