First I rang to register my interest. After which you complete two online assessments which were quite straightforward. Then I had a 30 minute telephone interview covering competency based questions which was a good experience. I was asked to talk about scenarios relating to issues such as a day when I felt proud, a time when I was faced with a difficulty and how I overcame it etc. Once I passed that I was invited for an assessment. There were 9 of us present and surprisingly we were interviewed as a group. I found it quite daunting but I can understand why they did it. The interviewers wanted to check if you were confident at speaking in front of others. They also split us into two groups and gave us a scenario where we had to pick a suitable broadband package for a potential customer.
