Entretien
Online application - CV and cover Letter, Online video interview (with a computer, not an actual person), 12-14 questions with no opportunity to re-record answers.
Assessment centre involved:
1) One on one interview (strength based)
2) Group Task - To do with BT Mobile and it's offering for customers
3) Presentation - Pre-prepared topic given to you 7 days before the assessment centre
4) One on one discussion - given a case study about a client with their requirements and you are doing a role play with your 'manager' on how you can resolve the client's queries.
