Reached out to me via a job board, Normal interview process 3-4 rounds. Every interview went great. Third round ended with a senior exec telling me that I should expect an offer in the next 3-4 days.....after over a week of ghosting me they sent an automated email saying they went with someone else. This seems to be the norm these days and its just unprofessional and sad.

They do those stupid tests like in the beginning of a question they will say they have 3 things they don't like, Then will ask you some long winded confusing question that gets you flustered. Then ask you how many things they said they didn't like at the beginning of the question. It's literally for children.
