Met with all team members, it was nice meeting the team in the interview and being able to see how I would fit in with the team. Very conversational, and low pressure.

Entretien
For some reason I was never contacted for an initial phone screening and was invited to interview onsite immediately. The interviews were extremely easy - I met with 5 employees ranging from Senior Associate to Principal, and spent 30 minutes with each. This was in the afternoon, so no lunch was provided.
The interview questions were extremely easy, ranging from your standard questions to more thought-provoking behavioral ones. I was expecting a case question, but was never asked one.
They were very fast and an offer was extended the next morning.
Behaviorials and then an easy case. The interview process was super supportive, and they got back to me within a week, offering me another round. The second round was an in-person superday interview in Washington, D.C., three behavioral interviews, and one technical interview.

Primi colloquio consiste in un’ora in cui devi scrivere un report riguardo un case study. Poi c’è un colloquio tecnico in cui rivedi i concetti del case che hai consegnato. Infine hai altri 3/4 colloqui conoscitivi con director in cui possono fare anche delle domande di teoria
