too long, too many rounds, too many people, repetitive. inconsiderate timing for college students during midterms. gave lengthy assignment and an excel test, both of which could and should be learned on the job, for the most part. poor form.
First round interview (on Zoom) is all behavioral apart from a small case study. Superday (in person) consists of 4 interviews, 3 are behavioral and one is a case study.

It was a two staged process - both covered aspects of hr, my research interniships and hobbies. The interviewers were very supportive. It was a wonderful experience. They responded very quickly at each stage regarding the results and shortlisted candidates.
