HR Resume Screening - did not object/rule out issue with my multiple organisational switches and sent me a coding assignment to complete I completed the assignment - got shortlisted for technical interview round Technical/Managerial Interview Round Members - did not rule out/object issue with my multiple job switches and gave a positive feedback Document verification and submission - their team collected all my confidential documents for bg verification (ok) and asked me to fill out an onboarding form , took me a lot of effort but I completed the same HR revert - provisional offer letter shared with me for acceptance/modifications Suddenly - after all this candidate effort , my candidature dropped out , blocked never to be shortlisted for a certain period of time This is an indication of how hiring process and teams work at BOLD , so beware of frauds by them
