Interview process comprised 3 rounds.
The first round was with HR Manager in charge of recruiting for this role. It comprised more fit questions and motivation for joining the company.
Second round was with the same HR manager and the Head of Department that was hiring for their department. Similarly, had more fit questions.
Last round was with the same HR manager and a Senior Management team member, usually C-suite. I had to prepare a presentation based on two questions provided by HR.
