Initial screening of you, your education, any work experience, and your socio-economic background (standard), which is then followed by immersive assessments, and then if successful a one-way video interview and finally an assessment center.

The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening followed by behavioral and technical interviews with team members. Questions focused on problem solving, communication, teamwork, and interest in financial services. Interviewers were professional and supportive, and the process was well organized with timely communication throughout.
