I applied oline and through my university. Through the university career services, I got an on campus interview, which was mostly behavioral and held right at my university. Then I got a call for an onsite interview, which had a behavioral and technical component. The technical component had coding questions and a database question while the behavioral had a logic puzzle and questions on working in teams and such. It was a pretty good experience throughout.
