Firstly, they explained the values of their company to me and let me know what they do. They asked me what I wanted as a person career wise What is hedge fund What is mutual fund What are Securities Why bnymellon Where do you see yourself in five years What can you bring to our company.

It was pretty seamless, easy and standard questions. However, I had a good relationship with the manager prior. My main complaint would be the whole process moved slowly. Overall low pressure and friendly demeanor from the interviewers.
