      The recruitment process not at all justify their brand name. It's unprofessional to say the least. Got contacted by a consultancy firm before the lockdown started and was asked wire a Hackerrank test. The test consists of 4 questions with varying weightage and need to be completed in 2 hours. As told by the consultancy you need to secure atleast 50% to get through for the next round. I completed three programs with 75% . After that the consultancy told they are putting the requirement on hold for now. After a month again got a call from the recruiter of the company itself. When I told that I had already appeared for the test, she mentioned those are not valid now and have to reappear from a different ID. I did that and appeared for the test again, however, couldn't clear because I used my previous mobile number which caused duplication. Now I was contacted by the previous consultancy again and they said my old test holds good and they can schedule an interview. My interview was set on Skype. The interview went fine and it was basic concepts of Java and related technologies. After that when I checked with the consultancy for the feedback, she said they are currently hiring only female candidates and rest everyone is put on hold. After couple of days I got a message from the consultancy that I am not selected for the next round. I guess they are just doing interviews for meeting their own goals. I have attended lot of interviews in my career, but none such unprofessional. It's just a waste of time.
