Two interviews were conducted over the phone and they involved generic questions about times when I solved problems in a group, what it means to re-engineer a process, etc. There were very few questions about data analysis in particular.

Interview was very casual and relaxed. I had 2 back to back 30 minute interviews from different managers of the same developmental program. Research the company, stay relaxed and be confident and you'll be fine
