Very easy. They just check your communication skills and English fluency. Questions revolve around your background like - Why MBA? Why do you want to join BNY Mellon? Tell me about yourself.
Operational Round -
1] What do you know about Investment Banking?
2] Tell me an incident where you failed and how did you overcome the situation.
3] Apart from your academic interests, what are your hobbies?
4] Are you comfortable working in a team?
5] Do you agree to work in night shifts?

Asked about education finance knowledge.
There were 3-4 rounds . Company provides travel , daily food allowance and medical insurance .
