- whether some thing make financial sense, whether a deal would make sense
- standalone value for business? can u get a good deal and buy less than that?
- market sense to understand some industries
- distressed investing

Entretien
First was 15 min behavioural questions and after 1h straight of technicals. The interview was with two associates from the Lisbon Office. Overall I enjoyed the interview, just think some questions were to specific, and maybe demanded for more experience

- What in your opinion is the valuation method that has greater valuations? Asnwer was Precedent M&A transactions;
