Aptitude Round followed by a technical interview. The technical round is then followed by a Manager round and HR round. The Manager round is only to take consent to be open to different locations and shift timings. Then you receive an acceptance letter.

Entretien
Applied online, heard back in about two weeks. Process was three rounds: HR phone screen, a technical/case interview, then a panel with two managers.
Overall a positive experience. Interviewers were professional and well prepared. First call was straightforward — motivation, why BNP, why this team. Second round had a market/risk case and some CV deep-dives; they push on details so know your numbers. Final panel was more behavioral, with a few curveballs on how you handle pressure.
Pace was a bit slow between stages and communication could've been quicker, but recruiter was responsive when chased.
