1. 2 rounds of technical interviews, which focuses on you technical skills mentioned in you resume.
2. Managerial round for you team management/engagement/presentation skills.
3. HR round for communication skills/salary negotiation or any queries you have for them or they have for you.

As a fresher I had to give an IQ Test. After passing the IQ Test then had to give the practical interview.Once passed the practical I was called by the HR where I was offered the job.
