First round was a Skype interview. The interviewer actually missed that interview and it took quite awhile for me to get that rescheduled. The person I ended up talking to was quite nice and the interview portion was very short (8 minutes of the 30 min block) and spent the rest of the time answering my questions. After radio silence for awhile, HR suddenly reached out to me and asked me to fly out for an onsite interview in two days. I was quite busy that week and asked to reschedule and heard nothing back. Only after much following up did they tell me (two weeks later) that they'd gone ahead and hired someone else. Taken with the initial missed interview, the process was extremely unprofessional. For a financial institution of its status, I would really expect better.
