Le processus était classique :
dépôt de ma candidature via le site de la banque
Puis invitation à réaliser un entretien vidéo avec des questions classiques ( présentez-vous, pourquoi BNP...)
Longue attente avec une offre finalement au bout de quelques mois

OA followed by Online Interview with an external agency. Questions were purely motivational, nothing technical.
Interviewer did not belong to BNP, they used a hiring agency so she couldnt answer the questions I had prepared
