Oline process was very wasy. Answered a few questions on their website and then was asked to complete some online tests, followed by an online interview. The process was very smooth and eve though I didn't have a very good knowledge of markets I managed to go through the process easyly. I recommend reading the financial times/bloomberg a few days befire taking the online interview.
