Entretien
The interview were in two parts, phone interview and face to face.
The phone interview was the discussion of what my experience is based on the specific financial products and regulations. Manager describe the role and what was expected.
For the face interview, met three individuals for different groups and were asked for various skills based on my experience for the product, trading system, business analysis, technical knowledge. The manager was the last for the conversation and gave in detail the groups structure and what their immediate needs were.

Entretien
The hiring process was smooth, all the required rounds were completed within the same day. Though i was being intervirwed as a consultant the interview pannel was quite experienced and skilled to evaluate the candidates.
