      Candidature

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez BMW TechWorks India (Pune) en juin 2026

      Entretien

There are total 3-5 rounds. L1: technical within india L2: Technical with Munich L3: Culture round - unit head L4: Required Documents submission L5: HR discussion L6: Salary fitment This are the required levels, but internally there are total 10 rounds. Others are only like apply application, shortlisting. Overall, HR is very much interactive. Never ghost you. Always gives the feedback after your interview either it's positive or nagative.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

L1: Tell me about your self. Explain your project. Why used the particular communication protocols (IPC/SOMEIP/TCP). HW specific questions like, how cores communicate, which core comes up when we power the HW. Why used the specific OS/RTOS. In which specific task you have used it. For Adaptive Autosar, explain SOME/IP discovery and protocol. Events and methods. Diffence between TCP and UDP. C++ Specific: explain the polymorphism, including types and examples. Diamond problem. There was trap regarding the constructor call, so be careful. Mutex in depths, how it's works . How it's differ from semaphore. Can we use mutex to sync the process? Atomic variable and its internal assembly understanding only(no need to write assembly code but how actually it's work that you should understand) Smart pointers(all 3). Can you assign one smart pointer to another or vice versa. System: What's zombie and orphan process. Which comes first zombie or orphan. How process can communicate between each other. Which one you will use and why? L2: This is little tough, They may come with real time scenario. For me they comeup with variable argument list. I was stuck but they pushed me and we solved it. In we tried to optimise and understand in deep level. This panel is very much helpful and understable. C++ question: how you can define the nested namespace in c++17. Your current company process: which tools you used, what's your daily routine in your organization. How you mentor your teammates. ASPICE V model, where you have worked. Challenge in your design and how you solved. L3: this is the most dangerous round, that don't under estimate it. ( I got rejected because I was not able to answer the question in such a way that interview can understand) 1. Who is (your name). Define your self. 2. Explain, let's say if some one from the other country come to India, how you describe your state/city. 3. What's your strength and weakness.(2 each) 4. Situation, where you got less rating than other teammates. What you will feel and how you can approach to your manager? 5. If you got less rating. What first thought come into your mind? 6. Why you want to join us? 7. What is the reason to leave your organization. 8. Tell me something, which is not written in the resumes. For L3, may be my time was wrong or I had over estimated this round. In L3, you should be confident and be prepared with this type of questions. The person who will interview doesn't care about your technical stuff, he only care about your communication. I hope this will help the people, atleast who has good experience and want to join the BMW
