tough interview with numerous questions. Employer asked various questions on experience. Ability to understand physics and chemical process. No real feedback on process and what to expect. Probable language translation issue
2 step interview. First is with human resources person and asks general questions on how you would react in certain colleague scenarios. The second one is with the department that you would like to join and alot more in depth in the technical side.
