Zu Beginn Vorstellung der Stelle und der Aufgaben durch den Interviewer. Man hat überhaupt keine Gelegenheit sich selbst vorzustellen bzw. überhaupt etwas zu sagen. Danach Abfrage eines Fragenkatalogs (ca. 1,5h)

Overall a positive experience. The process was professional and respectful throughout. I interviewed for the Working Student SWE role and, while I wasn't selected in the end, I have no complaints about how things were handled.
The interviewers were courteous and the conversation flowed well. Questions were fair and relevant to the role. Communication was clear, and the atmosphere was welcoming rather than intimidating.
I was ultimately rejected, but the rejection was handled respectfully. I'd still recommend the process to other students considering applying.

The technical portion focused on python. I don't recall the exact wording, but the questions covered core python concepts and general programming knowledge relevant to the role. The difficulty felt reasonable for a working student position

Schnelle anfängliche Kommunikation, sie reagierten auf meinen Lebenslauf innerhalb von einer Woche und boten mir ein telefonisches Vorstellungsgespräch an, was nicht besonders kompliziert war, größtenteils Fragen zu coding/ comp sci. Am gleichen Tag wurde ich zu einem Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen, das zwei Wochen später stattfand. Es waren zwei Personen präsent und es war ein bisschen tiefgehender, aber machbar. Sie reagierten am gleichen Tag mit einem Angebot.
