J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BMW Group (Oxford, Angleterre) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Had an online application followed by numerical and verbal reasoning tests and a telephone interview-all of which were very standard to a graduate application. These stages happened within a month and a half of initially applying. I was then invited to a one day assessment centre.
When I arrived it was obvious that I had not been given the detailed job specification sent to other candidates which immediately put me on the back foot. First there was a group activity which entailed making a historical landmark. Then candidate presentations- we were given the topic prior to the day and had to perform to the other candidates and 4 assessors. Then two competency interviews-fairly typical but some questions were hard to answer well. Following this people who did not have a train to catch were "offered" a site tour-which did not finish until 7 pm.
The day itself felt very unorganised; the HR staff did not seem to know what was going on and there was a lot of time spent waiting around. One of the assessors left for 10 minutes halfway through one of my interviews so I was sat waiting for their return. There was also no current graduate students to talk to about their experiences throughout the entire day. We were also not offered expenses despite it being very far for most candidates.
I was not offered a position however based on the assessment day I do not think the job would have been for me!
