you had first of all to apply online, on BMW career website. The language in which the positions are usually posted on the website is German. If you are lucky you will find some English version of the hob description but it is not usually the case. After you applied online the HR team will contact you to set up a phone interview. Once you succeed in the phone interview they will set up on site phone interview directly. Once you pass these two interviews you will get an offer from BMW. Good luck!
