After completing online tests was invited to the assessment centre. They did not give much notice before the actual interview and expected you to create a presentation on what the job you were applying for consisted of, again the lack of notice did not give much time to create a good presentation, what,s more giving less than a weeks notice could be a potential problem for anyone who was currently employed and couldn't get the time off of work. Despite this, it did feel like the interview process was well constructed and was a great learning experience. Also had to complete a written test about why you want to work for BMW and redo the online competency tests.
