The interview process is officially divided into 4 rounds (called "levels"), but there's also a pre-screening phone call with a Program Manager.
- Level 1: a group phone call with one of the founders.
- Level 2: two 1-on-1 calls with members of the team you are apply to. It's pretty basic, mostly just gauging fit and if you're switched on.
- Level 3: basically the same thing as level 2, but before starting level 3 you have to write a brief essay about the process so far.
- Level 4: you're given a case to analyze and present. The case centers around building an MVP to solve a problem you identified through the case.
