The interview process was first run through a middleman company called Music Forward and they sent my application through to the interview round. That company offered an interview training course over Zoom, which I attended. I then received a call 3-4 weeks after hearing I had an interview and was called last minute, only having 3 hours to get ready for the online interview. To my surprise, there were 2 people interviewing me.

The interview process for an internship at BMG was simple. My application was forwarded to the hiring manager and I had one virtual interview with a group of managers/directors. I received a call back in less than a week.
